The template image is constructed as a "minimal deformation template" among a set of 29 normal elderly structural MRI images. The reference we used is:

Template Name
ROIs on the Template
All ROIs are in the form of mask images, with voxel values of 255 or 0. These can be viewed overlayed on the template image. A typical command, using our viewer "sv":sv -map MDT3.hdr MDT3_Brodmann_10.hdr
